Extract the contents of payload.zip (Homebrew Launcher Installer) to the /wiiu/ folder on your SD card. Extract the contents of mocha.zip to the root of your SD card. Since 5.5.6 was released on the day of the Wii U eShop not accepting any new payments, this is likely due to the Wii U not being able to add a card anymore. On your Wii U you can have two Homebrew Channels, one for the Wii U and one for the Virtual Wii. Extract the contents of nnupatcher.zip to the root of your SD card. If you're absolutely sure the SD card is formatted correctly (FAT32 filesystem with 32KB allocation clusters, I've heard that Windows users have a lot of luck using GUIFormat for this) and that the Homebrew Launcher is in the right location on your card (/wiiu/apps/homebrew_launcher/homebrew_launcher.elf) then I would definitely suggest trying a different card. Read at 7:10 about the error.I had to re-upload this because I confused a little but important detail between retail and dev/kiosk units. The Wii U menu in 5.5.6 added messages related to the verification process, notably a new message asking parent account creators to contact support in order to complete verification. It sounds to me like there is a hardware fault in your card or something along those lines.

If you're really getting all three of these errors intermittently, I would suggest trying a different SD card entirely, if you have one. CBHC doesnt replace the homebrew channel it replaces HaxChi (which can be set up to boot HBL). I have a 5.5.2 U Wii U with Haxchi the hack is working I can play my backup games with the console. This method currently does not work on version 5.5.2. 5.5.2 is currently the latest firmware version at the time of this writing (August 2017).
